9. Monthly Subscription is £12.99 per month setup as a recurring subscription billed monthly automatically unless you cancel with your payment provider. Once your renewal fee is charged, this is non refundable, if you do not cancel before your renewal date, you are not entitled to a refund as this is a digital product and provides immediate access.
10. Yearly Subscription is £69.99 per month setup as a recurring subscription billed yearly automatically unless you cancel with your payment provider. Once your renewal fee is charged, this is non refundable, if you do not cancel before your renewal date, you are not entitled to a refund as this is a digital product and provides immediate access.

App subscription - you will be charged an initial payment of £12.99 or £69.99 to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase followed by monthly/yearly recurring payments within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period of £12.99/69.99 until you wish to cancel. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period in your iTunes account. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your user's Account Settings after purchase.
