Brilliant set up with a great team. Joe really knows his stuff, the results coming out of the gym speak for themselves! The classes can be scaled to any ability: I've taken both my daughter and mum and they've never felt out of place. A genuinely welcoming, team atmosphere which is refreshing after commercial gym experiences.

I have been training with Joe for a couple of years now and started off doing small group sessions before switching to his 1-1 sessions. With Joe starting off on his own in his own gym and offering his own group sessions again I was excited to try them out, I have been doing the Crucify sessions over the last few months and they don’t disappoint!! Joe always pushes you to get the best from your sessions, it's a great atmosphere and they are great team sessions. Results speak for themselves!! The calories I have burnt in these sessions have been some of the highest I have achieved in the gym for a while and always felt good after. 10/10
